I’ve finally made my way to side dishes with this Seasoned Green Bean recipe. They are a less exciting addition to the freezer so I saved them for last. But they are very handy to have around, especially for someone like me who doesn’t often bother with a side dish.
I divided this between two quart bags of 2-3 servings each, which will leave me with leftovers to reheat later in the week.

Waterfalls:
Lynn, here are some links to waterfall sites. Some are old but waterfalls don’t change much. Spring is a great time to see the falls as the snow melt provides an abundance of water.

http://gowaterfalling.com/waterfalls/starvedrock.shtml (Starved Rock State Park in Illinois is almost due south of Milwaukee, near I-80. It has at least 5 waterfalls and is an easy day trip, about 3 hours one way. There is a lodge in the park if you want to stay over, or nearby hotels.

There are dozens of large waterfalls in the UP near the Lake Superior shoreline if you feel like take a few days off.
