Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus

Roasted New Potatoes

1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper Combine all ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
